Vernon Winter Carnival Parade 2003

Each year NORAC members volunteers to marshal the Vernon Winter Carnival Parade

Thanks to all the NORAC volunteers who helped with the Vernon Winter Carnival Friday evening Balloon Glow and the Saturday noon hour Parade.
