ALL HANDS ON DECK!!! - If you can attend for ANY portion of the weekend please let us know, it helps tremendously with planning.

Thanks to everyone who has committed already to attend and help out. Please remember that it's a 3 day event, even though it's a busy time of year, you might be able to drive out and help for at least one portion of the event over the 3 days.

Visiting the site for an hour or two is strongly encouraged, bring a lawn chair and some cool drinks and enjoy.

We've selected a location just 20 minutes from Vernon, very convenient for everyone. Need a ride? Starting asking other club members about ride-share options as soon as possible. People will be coming and going from the site all weekend.

Setup and Tear-down needs the most helpers, so it you can make it for either of these parts your help is GREATLY appreciated.

For new club members you're welcome to take part as much as you wish, anywhere from a visit of an hour or two, all the way up to camping onsite for the entire event. As much time as you can commit is totally fine with the group and we would love to see you there helping out and participating in the contest. 'Elmers' will be onsite to assist and you won't be forced to try anything that you're not ready to try.
